An Integrated Student Affairs Communication Model: The Story of

Digital communication tools are ubiquitous at colleges and universities across the United States. Yet, most institutions focus their communication efforts towards an external audience for recruitment, fund raising, public relations, and marketing purposes. How can institutions develop a more focused communications approach towards matriculated students? In this session, participants will learn about how Bridgewater State University's Student Affairs division developed and how its efforts shifted the mindset around student messaging.
