Implementing Neuroscience Informed Practices to Improve Student Success: Training Attention Regulation
Emerging findings in neuroscience provide ideas for advancing student success. From neuroscience, we also get a clue into the formula for redesigning higher education as we better understand what is involved in and how to change the structure and function of the brain. Deming states that learning does not happen from experience; learning happens when there is reflection upon the experience. Neuroscience gives us clues for how we can intentionally design reflective experiences.
